The three good size bedrooms are situated on the second floor with views of the surrounding area, there is a double room, a twin room and a ’bunk-room’ sleeping four with two single beds and bunk beds.
Also on this floor is the completely tiled bathroom with toilet.
The first floor comprises of the spacious living area with plenty of relaxing seating, traditional fire place and double doors opening onto the south facing balcony. The large settee can be used as a single bed.Adjoining the living area is the dining area with seating for 10.
A fully modern kitchen, well equipped with full sized oven, fridge freezer and dishwasher.
There is also a shower room and toilet on this level.
Within the lower level of the chalet is the entrance, secure garage and the boot room. Here is also the utility area with washing machine and tumble drier. To the front of the chalet there is private parking suitable for two further vehicles and an enclosed garden area to the rear, overlooked by one of the balconies.

In the evenings there is a pleasant 3km walk around the lake with a stop for a meal or drink at the lakeside bars and restaurants.
Also very popular is the walk up to the excellent Restaurant La Arpettee, this will give you a good lunch or evening appetite.The village excellent facilities from the supermarkets, ski and walking shops including hire of equipment, to quality restaurants cafes and bars.
Geneva airport is approx 1.5 hours drive away, Sion airport only 30 minutes.
You can also travel by Rail via Martigny to Orsieres, which is just a ten minute drive from the Chalet.
There is a regular bus service from Orsieres to Champex Lac.
