At the main entrance there is a locking compartment for each apartment for skis, snowboard sleigh etc. In the hall one may leave the ski boots to dry. All owners have a share of the general joint infrastructure, as is snowmobiles for luggage transfer, 1/80 share of the indoor pool/sauna, the restaurant, reception etc.

With the climate change this is an excellent investment as ski gondolas reach 3115 m right from the apartment.

Facilities
Indoor swimming pool, Sauna and Fitness in the basement of the central building. A pleasure for large and small and ideal relaxation after a sporty day. In addition washing machine and dryers are available in the central building. There is also a family-friendly infrastructure, the pleasant family Restaurant(breakfast/lunch/dinner) and a small grocery shop. Langlauf and winter hiking
The 30km long Loetschentaler track runs between Kippel and the Fafleralp, past at the mountain villages Kippel, Wiler, Ried and Blatten. All tracks are suitable for classical and skating. A new winter hiking route leads from the Hockenhorngrat to the lookout point Schilthorn (3020m) with view of more than forty summits of the Walliser, Bernese and the French Alps. And in addition: 30km of winter hiking trails, 3 Snow shoe trails with different degrees of difficulty, paragliding and much more besides.

For summer activities there are 180 km of hiking routes, also for short trails, you can choose from very simple to demanding, you will find the ideal route and children can discover the beautiful scents of Alpweiden and the mountain streams. In addition you find in direct proximity a climbing garden (with guidance) as well as Mountainbike routes. In the valley there are more facilities, like the sport and leisure centre "Gschteinaet", mini golf, tennis, mask carving as well as a museum.
