Development front line to the new Ian Woosnam designed Golf Course, Razlog, Bulgaria

The location

The Pirin Golf and County Club is situated two and a half kilometres from the town of Bansko. It lies at the bottom of the Pirin Mountain in a beautiful setting against the backdrop of the mountain. It enjoys wonderful views over the Vale of Razlog and spectacular views of the mountain and ski runs above Bansko. The golf course under construction, with the front 9 holes is due to completion. It is shaping up to be an exceptional course.

A gondola lift has recently been approved adjacent to the golf course that will take skiers to the new ski runs and will bring hikers, cyclists etc. up the mountain during the summer season.

A second 18 hole golf course has just been given permission next to the first course and there is a further 9 hole course due to be built between the Ian Woosnam designed Pirin Golf & Country Club courses and Bansko.

The area surrounding both golf courses has also been earmarked for development, and this is one of the premium plots.

The plot is rectangular and has a frontage to the golf course of over 130m with a depth of just under 40m. There will be a lake on the golf course located opposite the centre of the plot and unlike most other sites around the course; it will be extremely difficult to develop behind the front line in this area which will make this the most prestigious area of the golf course development. The apartments will be designed so that every apartment faces directly onto the golf course; therefore premium views will be enjoyed from every apartment.

The Project

The scheme proposed is of approximately ninety two, fully serviced apartments, built to a four-star specification. There will be a restaurant, bar, gym and Spa centre with pool.

Furniture packs will be available and we can offer apartments finished to 'turn-key'.

The design process  is anticipated to be finalised by early July and marketing the apartments will start in August 2007, with a view to making a start on site in October. The completion the building is envisaged to be by December 2008.

Because of the large proportion of the site enjoying a fronting onto the new golf course, this is one of the premier golf course plots and it allows us to build a landmark development.
