The new phase of The Resort will be a 44 unit Condo-Hotel. Each unit will be a two bedroom with most of them providing a lock off feature. Prices for the deeded two bedroom unit will start at $450,000 US and go up to $590,000 US. At this point over 30% of Phase two has been sold and a complete sell out is expected by the end of November 2006. The amenities include a club house, spa, two pools, tennis courts and two restaurants among several other services provided.

Construction on Phase 2 will start in early 2007 and should be completed by the start of 2008. During the upcoming season there will also be a construction started of the 2nd swimming pool. The pool will be built between the two buildings directly on the beach. The size will be approximately 140 ft long and up to 60 ft. wide.
